Sometimes we may not have the perfect piece at the perfect time. You may have a birthday coming up for your friend or family member but we do not have the piece in stock that you are looking for. 

Not a problem! Our eGifts are the perfect present. They do not expire so there is no rush to spend, ensuring you get the gift that is simply perfect. From £10-£500 you can load the gift card with as much as you desire. 

The purchase of a James & James eGift is exempt from all promotions and discounts.

Your eGift cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

 Your eGift does not expire.

Refunds of goods purchased with an eGift will be in line with the company procedure for refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.

James & James Interiors cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged eGifts.

James & James Interiors will cancel the value of the eGift if we fail to receive the payment in full for the initial purchase or if we suspect fraudulent use of a credit card.

James & James Interiors reserve the right to add to or amend these terms at any time and without notice although we will always aim to provide reasonable notice where possible.
